Join us in Newport Beach for a live screening of the 25th Anniversary Edition of Searching for Tom Curren, in memory of Sonny Miller.
Tom Curren will talk with Jake Howard from Surfer Magazine, followed by a live music performance featuring Tom Curren and his son, Pat, accompanied by stunning 16mm footage from the early '90s Search films projected on the big screen behind them.
Then the iconic movie from the late great Sonny Miller, Searching for Tom Curren. Presented by Rip Curl, Surfer, and Nalu TV.

Nalu Films has been screening the iconic surf film, Searching for Tom Curren, by Sonny Miller. Digitally Remastered for the 25th Anniversary, in memory of Sonny Miller.
The premier screenings were held in Encinitas at the La Paloma Theatre in February 2022.
We are honored to share Sonny's beautiful work of Tom curren with the surfing community.
